Return & Exchange Policy 

You satisfaction is important to us and we want you to be happy with your order! If there are any concerns, please reach out to us to discuss how we can help. If you would still like to return or exchange your order, please note the following:

  • We offer free refunds and exchanges within 30 days of you receiving the order within the U.S. For international orders, we will be happy to offer a return/exchange but the customer will have to pay for return shipping
  • Please note that any original shipping fees (e.g. expedited, etc.) are non-refundable
  • Items must be unworn and unaltered
  • We do not offer returns or exchanges on custom orders (including any special requests on sizing adjustments to existing styles)

How to submit a return/exchange? 

There are two ways to process your returns:

1) You can set up an account at the following link for self-serve returns


2) Please email us at with the following required details and include the original packing slip in your return package.

  • Order number (you can find this in the original order confirmation email)
  • Item(s) you’d like to return or exchange 
  • If return, please provide a reason for return
  • If exchange, which item and size would you like to exchange with 

Once we process your return (typically, 1-2 business days), you will receive an email with a return shipping label. We recommend using the original Saffron Lane box for the return if possible.
